S hri Ashok Kumar Koul, joined the National Human Rights Commission, NHRC as the Registrar (Law) on the 1st March, 2017. Prior to this, Shri Koul, as an officer of the J&K Higher Judicial Services, held several judicial positions, including District Judge, Special Judge(Anti-Corruption), Registrar (Vigilance) and Registrar General in the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir.
