The Delhi Police organized a debate competition on "Kya Police Manav Adhikaro Ke Anupalan Karne Mei Mansik Roop Se Sakshan Hai" recently. The debate held as per the direction of the NHRC, was organized in two phases, preliminary and final round. The debate held at three different centres in the Capital raised Social, legal and other issues related to the topic. It was supervised by an officer of the rank of Additional Commissioner of Police. The participants were given Certificates and the running trophy was won by the Northern Range.
