Mr. O.P. Vyas, Assistant Registrar (Law) of the National Human Rights Commission has been selected for a fellowship of the University of Sydney, Australia to study Masters in Human Rights and Democratization (Asia Pacific). Mr. Vyas has been working in the Commission since 1995. Prior to his posting as a Law Officer in the Commission, he was decorated with the President's Police Medal on Republic Day, 2009 for his outstanding services as a police officer in the Commission.
