Atwo-day attachment programme for 19 Indian Foreign Service Probationers was held at NHRC on the 14th and 15th May to sensitize them to various human right issues. NHRC Members, senior officers and Special Rapporteurs briefed the Probationers on these issues. In collaboration with the Foreign Service Institute of the Ministry of External Affairs, the NHRC has been organizing this attachment programme for IFS Probationers since 2006.
