Thirteen probationary officers of 2010 batch of Indian Foreign Service attended a two-day programme of their attachment with NHRC which concluded today. They were given a deep insight into various legal provisions, international covenants on human rights and the jurisdiction, functioning and activities of the Commission by the Members and senior officers of the Commission during different sessions.
