Thirteen probationary officers of the 2010 batch of the Indian Foreign Service were on a two-day attachment with the NHRC, which concluded on the 23rd November, 2011. They were briefed on various legal provisions, the international covenants on human rights and the jurisdiction, functioning and activities of the Commission, by the Members and senior officers of the Commission.
