Nasiruddin Ansari was arrested on a suspicion of involvement in dacoity. He was severely beaten up at Police Station Solo, district
Jamui, Bihar and succumbed to his injuries. The Commission on the 22nd April recommended a relief of three lakh rupees to his next of kin.
