Mr. Satyabrata Pal joins NHRC as a new Member

Mr. Satyabrata Pal, a former diplomat joined the National Human Rights Commission as a new Member today. Mr. Pal belongs to 1972 batch of the Indian Foreign Service. As a diplomat he handled several key assignments, the last being India's High Commissioner in Pakistan.
