Mr. Shashi Kant Sharma, PSA paid a visit to the Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission in March 2005 to train the officers in the working of the Complaint Management System (CMS), a software computer package designed to manage complaints.
The Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission has also recently gone online with the launch of its website "http://mshrc.maharashtra.gov.in".
