A team comprising Mr. A.K. Parashar, Joint Registrar (Law), NHRC and Mr. Shashi Kant Sharma, Technical Director, NIC, visited the National Commission for Human Rights, Rwanda (NCHRR) from the 19th-30th September, 2011 on its invitation to provide further technical assistance in the implementation of the Complaint Management System, CMS. The NHRC, India had installed the CMS at NCHRR in two phases in 2007 and 2008.
