The NHRC officers, Shri K.H.C. Rao, Dy. S.P. (Investigation) and Shri T. Raveendran, Section Officer (Coord.) participated in the 'Regional Blended Learning Course' organised by the Raoul Wallenberg Institute, Sweden and the Asia Pacific Forum, Sydney, Australia for the representatives of the National Human Rights Institutions of Asia Pacific Region. As part of the programme, they first attended an online training which was followed by a face to face workshop at Bangkok from the 25th November to 5th December, 2013.
