NHRC recommends meeting of close relatives of Shri Bhullar with him

A group of delegates, including, the wife of Shri Devinder Pal Singh Bhullar, met the Commission today on 17th April, 2013 on the issue of his execution. The Commission has strongly recommended that the close relatives of the prisoner be given an opportunity to meet him. The Commission's recommendations have been sent to the Union Home Ministry.
