NHRC's Annual Report for 2002-2003 tabled in the Parliament

The Commission's 10th Annual Report for the year 2002-2003 was tabled in both Houses of the Parliament on 21 and 22 December 2004.
Besides a summary of the Principal Observations and Recommendations, the Report contains a retrospect on the 10 years of the working of the Commission. It also contain chapters on the situation in Gujarat, Review of Law, Implementation of Treaties and Other International Instruments on Human Rights, Right to Health, Rights of Women and Children, Rights of the Vulnerable, the Complaints received before the Commission and the research programmes and projects being undertaken by the Commission.
