The Commission's 11th Annual Report for the year 2003-2004 has been tabled in both Houses of the Parliament, in the Lok Sabha on 7 March 2006 and the Rajya Sabha on 8 March 2006.
The Report contains the areas that have engaged the attention of the NHRC besides important complaints of Human Rights violation dealt by it. It has highlighted the issue of disability and the paradigm shift from welfare to human rights. It also contain chapters on the situation in Gujarat, Civil Liberties, Review of Law, Implementation of Treaties and Other International Instruments on Human Rights, Right to Health, Rights of Women and Children, Rights of the Vulnerable and the research programmes and projects being undertaken by the Commission.
