The entries are invited for essays in Hindi, written in not less than 7500 words, by the writers of SC/ST/OBC communities on the subject of 'Sushasan, Samajik Nyay Evam Manav Adhikar'. The writers of the three best essays will be given a cash award of Rs. 12,000/-, Rs. 8,000/- and Rs. 6,000/-, respectively along with a memento and shawl.
