Ram Kumar, an accused died in Police Station, Paliganj on 19.11.2003 in Korba District, Chhattisgarh. The Commission on consideration of the magisterial enquiry report found that the police personnel did not provide proper medical treatment to Ram Kumar and recommended monetary relief of one lakh rupees to his family.
