The National Human Rights Commission in collaboration with Bal Bhavan organized a Painting Competition for children to mark 'Human Rights Day' on 27 November 2005. The painting competition was held in four categories. The awards were handed over by Shri. R.S. Kalha, Member, National Human Rights Commission on 28 November 2005.
