The National Human Rights Commission organised a spot painting competition for visually impaired children in collaboration with the National Association for the Blind on 30th November, 2015, in run up to Human Rights Day celebrations. The competition was organised in two age groups of 5-12 and 12-18 years. The award carried three cash prizes of Rs. 10,000/-, Rs. 8,000/- and Rs. 6,000/- alongwith certificates for the first, second and third positions in both the categories. The awards will be given to the winners on Human Rights Day function on
10th December, 2015.
