Press release in connection with Batla House incident.

In some sections of the Media a news has appeared giving impression that NHRC has given clean chit to the Delhi Police in Batla House incident. In this connection on the basis of a complaint recieved in NHRC, a report has been called from the Delhi Police which is awaited. A view will be taken by the Commission after receipt of the report.
