Mr. J.S. Kochher, Joint Secretary (Trg.), NHRC attended the Regional Training of Trainers Workshop organized by the Asia Pacific Forum at Manila from 18th-22nd June, 2012. The participants of the programme first held online discussions and prepared training modules which were reviewed by the fellow participants as well as by the experts from APF during the workshop. These training modules were based on the international human rights system. Mr. Kochher conducted the training programme on the subject of "Standing Mechanism of Human Rights Council".
