Shri A.K. Parashar, JR (Law), NHRC was conferred the first Justice Ranganath Mishra Memorial Award at a function organised by the Human Rights Front in collaboration with the Committee for the Legal Aid to Poor in Bhubaneswar, Odisha on the 9th December, 2013. He is the Focal Point of the Commission for Human Rights Defenders.
