Shri J.S. Kochher, Joint Secretary (Trg.), NHRC has been recognized by Asia Pacific Forum as its 'Master Trainer' on human rights issues. He shares this honour alongwith 6 others, short-listed from 19 participants from 16 APF Member NHRIs. To become Master Trainers, the participants underwent different stages of training, which included online programme, face-to-face workshop in Manila followed by presentation of a 60-minute training module prepared by them to support the APF to deliver its training programme in 2013.
