Technical expertise to Jordan National Centre for Human Rights extended

Putting into practice the spirit of exchange of best practices and staff exchanges as outlined in the 7th annual meeting of the Asia Pacific Forum, the Commission trained participants at a workshop organized by the Asia Pacific Forum in Amman, Jordan. They were exposed to the use of the complaint handling computer software developed and used by the National Human Rights Commission, India. The Complaint Management System (CMS) software was customized to suit the needs of Jordan to operate recognizing Arabic language. The workshop which was held from 6 August 2005 to 11 August 2005 at the Jordan National Centre for Human Rights (JNHCR).
