A group of 27 journalists from the Marathwada region of Maharashtra visited the NHRC on the 17th December, 2013. Senior officers of the Commission, representing Law, Investigation, Research, Training and I&PR Divisions, interacted with them, giving an overview of the various aspects of the functioning of the NHRC. Some officers from the Information Department of the Maharashtra Government were also part of the group.
