One of the Important functions of the division is to conduct spot enquiries into complaints of Human Rights violations on the directions of the Commission and to submit its analysis and recommendations to the Commission. |

In addition to a through review of the literature for prevention, this documents offers the most recent national data on the incidence and rate of prison sucide, effective prison sucide prevention programs, and discussion on legal liability issue. This monograph will encourage continued research, training, and development of comprehensive prevention polices that are imperative to the continued reduction of prison sucides throughout the country. |
