Moot Courts
The Commission, in collaboration with various law schools and colleges across India, organizes moot court programmes aimed at sensitizing students to human rights issues. These competitions are designed to actively involve students in presenting their arguments on proposition based on human rights issues, providing them with a practical and immersive learning experience.
To facilitate the successful organization of these moot court competitions, the commission extends financial support upto Rs. 10,00,000/- for each convening institution. This support ensures that the events are conducted effectively and provide a platform for students to engage in meaningful legal debates and discussions.
