4. Research, Publications and Projects Reports
• Apart from dissertation in M.Sc & Ph.D, I have published ‘five research papers’, written chapters in AP Police Manual & BPR&D Manual and compiled/edited 10 compendiums/journals. (Annexure-2(a))
• Prepared more than ‘20 project reports and concept papers’. Also supervised number of projects as DDG, NCB, Director, NPM, Director, Training and Director, NCRB. (Annexure-2(b-I & II))
5. Resource Person

6. Designing & Conduct of Training Programmes/Workshops/Conferences
• Have organized more than 500 training programmes/workshops/conferences/ memorial lectures/seminars/symposiums. All India conferences and important events are listed. (Annexure–4)
• Revised syllabus for number of courses (≥40) and designed new courses (≥20) based on Training Needs Analysis and revamped training methodology, examination standards etc. (Annexure–5(a) & 5(b))
