The Commission is organizing an ‘Open House Discussion’ on the issue of Right to Food and Nutrition on 12 April 2019 at 11.30 a.m. in Room No 508, Manav Adhikar Bhawan, C Block, GPO Complex, INA, New Delhi. The objective of the open house discussion is to review the status of implementation of the National Food Security Act, 2013; to flag the gaps at the policy and implementation level, and to formulate recommendations for bridging those gaps. The Open House Discussion will be attended by the representatives of the Union Ministries, NGOs/CSOs working in the area of food security, domain experts/think tanks, academicians, etc.
