Recommendations for Relief<br>

Apart from the large number of cases taken up daily by individual Members, 143 cases were considered during one sitting of the Full Commission and thirteen sittings of Division Benches in March, 2013.

On 19 cases, listed in the table below, the Commission recommended monetary relief amounting to a total of Rs. 45, 80,000/- for the victims or their next of kin, where it found that public servants had either violated human rights or been negligent in protecting them.
