All the stakeholders including; Ministry of Women and Child Development, the state of Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal, along with NGOs/Civil Society Organizations will participants in the Conference. ”
