PUBLIC NOTICE
“National Human Rights Commission will hold a public hearing on the problems and grievances of scheduled castes and scheduled tribes for the State of Uttar Pradesh at Lucknow on 9th – 11th August, 2017. Those persons belonging to scheduled castes and scheduled tribes who have a complaint of atrocity committed by a public servant or of negligence by a public servant in prevention of atrocity in the state may send their complaints to the Commission by Registered Post or by Speed Post at the following address:

The complaints may also be sent through e-mail at

The complaints should reach the Commission latest by 29th July, 2017 .
Such complaints as are deemed fit for enquiry shall be taken up at the public hearings. The parties shall be informed in due course about the date and venue of public hearing".
