A Book of Essay on the Human Rights Issues in the Country

The National Human Rights Commission proposes to publish a book of essay on selected human rights issues of importance to the country. The Commission is being assisted by a group presided over by Shri Virendra Dayal, Member, NHRC; it includes as Members Shri Harsh Mander (Action Aid), Smt. Kamla Bhasin (JAGORI), Dr. N.C. Saxena, IAS, Shri R. Venkataramani (Senior Advocate, Supreme Court) and Shri Shiv Kumar (UNICEF); Prof. Mool Chand Sharma, Advisor (Research, NHRC) is the Convenor.
