Ali alias Kalu Miyan committed suicide at Police Station Pala Jori, district Devdhar, Jharkhand. The Commission found that the watch and ward staff of the Police Station was negligent and recommended a relief of one lakh rupees to the next of the kin of the victim on the 8th April.
